Description
Go an adventure in El Yunque National Forest, the most visited attraction in Puerto Rico, with this guided hike from Fajardo. Learn about the local flora, fauna, and history with your guide, and discover hidden gems with breathtaking views. Slide into waterfalls, swing on ropes, and more. Meet your guide in Fajardo, then follow them in your own car to El Yunque National Forest. Upon arrival at the forest’s parking lot, receive your life vests and safety orientation, and leave anything in your car that you don’t want to get wet or dirty. Then, begin your hike into the heart of Puerto Rico’s sacred lands and forest. Listen to your guide’s commentary as you trek for about 25 minutes to the first pristine water pool. Once there, enjoy rope swings and cliff jumps from various heights, or simply take a dip in the water. Next, continue higher into the forest until you arrive at the second pool. There, go for a slide on pure volcanic rocks into the water. After enjoying the second pool, hike back down to the first and on toward the parking lot where the tour ends.Includes
