Being the first vegetarian pizzeria in Puerto Rico, Peace n Loaf Pizzeria and Bread Boutique in San Juan offers up tasty homemade pizzas, snacks and artisan breads. With a mission to reconnect people with nature through local food, the bread on offer at Peace n Loaf changes by season and day based on what is locally available.

Supporting the likes of non-genetically modified organisms, this pizzeria and bread boutique helps farmers and locals generate their own produce. Peace n Loaf strives to buy as much local produce as possible, whilst implementing environmentally friendly processes.

You can also buy Peace n Loaf's artisan bread from the local markets- the Natural Farmers Market in Old San Juan on a Saturday, and the Market Mother Earth Organic Cooperative, Placita Roosevelt on the first and third Sunday of each month.
