To earn a Sport Pilot Certificate you must:
• Be at least 16 years of age to become a student sport pilot.
• Be at least 17 years of age to test for a Sport Pilot Certificate.
• Be able to speak, read write and understand English.
• Hold a current and valid U.S. driver's license to evidence medical eligibility.
• Log a minimun of 20 hours of flight training with a certified instructor.
