Important Information
- Pet Policy: Your pet is welcome for free! Please remember that you must bring a life jacket for your pet, as we do not provide them. For safety reasons, pets without a life jacket will not be allowed on the boards.
Manatee Awareness: The lagoon is a protected sanctuary. It is strictly prohibited by law to touch, feed, or chase the manatees and sea turtles.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete the safety briefing and equipment setup.
Weather Conditions: This activity is weather-dependent. In case of extreme wind or lightning, we may need to reschedule for your safety.
Swimming: While we are in the calmest area of the lagoon, basic swimming skills are recommended for all participants.
