Owner and Chef Javier E. Nasser has presented at culinary festivals such as Saborea Puerto Rico and has produced and recorded culinary videos for Banco Popular and other corporate clients. The owner of Sonne Latin Steakhouse Chef Nassar has also been the Executive Chef at the prestigious Banker's Club in Hato Rey's banking district.
