Found in the Doubletree by Hilton San Juan complex, Silk is an exquisite and stylish restaurant in what seems to be a converted loft. The restaurant has a warm and interesting atmosphere with comfortable red leather chairs and dark oak furnishings whose polished surfaces flicker in the candlelight. Overlooking the diners are the authentic stone statues of Buddhas and other religious symbols.

The restaurant serves Chinese cuisine, including the infamous peking duck and adventurous sushi dishes. The food is fresh and colourful with silky textures and exciting spices. Combined with the traditional décor, you’ll think you’ve stepped out into Asia. There are dishes from Japan, China, Mongolia and Vietnam served with a gourmet twist, accompanied by (the rather dangerous) Sake choices lining the bar.
