Chef Alexis Torres invites diners, both foreigners and locals to ‘enrich their palates’ with dishes that pay homage to authentic Puerto Rican cuisine.

Each night holds a different event, including ladies night on Tuesday, karaoke on Wednesday, salsa on Saturday and a buffet on Sunday.
