La Fragua means 'The Forge' in Spanish, this rustic restaurant located in the Porta del Sol (South Region) town of Jayuya, Puerto Rico serves up some serious and authentic Puerto Rican food. Café Hacienda San Pedro a working coffee farm located on the slopes of some of the most beautiful mountains on the island.
The menu offers a selection of chicken meat and seafood and a couple of vegetarian items. Also on the menu is Mofongo, a signature Puerto Rican dish made of mashed plantain with garlic and pork cracklings.
