Casa Lola is named after Lola Milagros Cedeño, a strong and inspirational woman who devoted her life to cooking. Using her own herbs, she also used produce sent from fans far and wide, calling them her ‘magic ingredients’. Her success bought the Don good fortune and good reputation, finally allowing Lola to inherit the big Garcia house where the restaurant now lies.
