World-class cuisine prepared with the freshest and locally sourced ingredients provide a truly unique dining experience at the newly renovated Vanderbilt Hotel in the upscale Condado section of San Juan, Puerto Rico 1919 Restaurant is truly a wonderful place to dine. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful with an ambience that seems to transport you back to a time when staying at a hotel and dining out was a truly luxurious event.

All dishes are created with locally sourced and whenever possible organic ingredients. The presentations are exquisite with large flavorful portions. Sit at the bar prior to your dinner and try some of the traditional cocktails prepared according to the original formulations.

The restaurant has lunch and dinner hours, it is closed on Sunday and Monday.
