At SomaEnergio we use movement, bodywork and western and non-western wellness practices to alleviate client's pain and to achieve their full potential. We offer a wide variety of workshops, seminars and classes, including:

Workshops and Retreats: Pain managment, EndoPilates (Pilates for Endometriosis) how to improve back health, naturally eradicate headaches, natural detoxification through foods and essential oils, natural ways to address hormone imbalances, eradicating Allergies naturally, natural beautification and product making, detoxing our home from toxic chemicals, Latino Holistic practices, and women empowerment/self development workshops.
The workshops are based on modern and ancestral knowledge in order to re-claim the physical, mental and spiritual health of our body-mind-spirit.
Classes are individualized and student-centered to enable each person to develop a better understanding of themselves.
