- Identification Requirements: IDs are checked for credit card authorization and participant verification.
- Reservation and Payment: Reservation name and credit card name must match. If not, booking is invalid and payment must be made at check-in, subject to availability.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable $150 deposit is required at check-in, held on your credit card and released 24 hours after, pending no damage or incidentals.
- Late Arrival Policy: Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will forfeit participation without refund. Timely arrival is essential for safety and scheduling.
- Age Verification: Driver must be at least 21 years old; passengers must be 12 or older.
- Waiver: Participants must sign the Ocean Motion Watersports Car waiver before the experience.
- Height Limits: Between 1.37 m (4'6') and 1.96 m (6'5').
- Weight Limit: Maximum 430 pounds for two-passenger cars.
