Description
Your instructor will contact you to confirm the meeting beach and time. The session begins with a one-hour lesson covering warm-up exercises, basic movements, and proper feet placement. Instruction takes place on the beach and in the water.
Following the lesson, you receive a one-hour surfboard rental. The coach stays in the water, positioning your board to help you catch waves and providing tips to improve your technique. This approach allows you to catch multiple waves during your first class.
