Description
This tour offers a local-led adventure starting in San Juan with transportation to Vega Baja, a mountain town known for its underground caves and river systems. The journey begins with a hike into the mountains, descending to a riverbed that passes through open underground caves with a flowing river and a natural waterfall.
After exploring and swimming through the caves, the tour continues to a natural swimming area called Charco Azul, known for its clear turquoise water when it is not raining. Here, guests can relax or choose to jump from various cliffs for an adrenaline boost.
