- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation time
- Drivers must be 18+ with a valid government-issued ID
- Passengers must be at least 7 years old
- Maximum combined weight per jet ski: 370 lbs
- No experience needed — beginners are welcome
- Safety briefing is required before every ride
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate
- Pregnant guests are not permitted for safety reasons
- Phones, cameras, and loose items are not allowed during the ride
- Wear comfortable beach attire and be prepared to get wet
- If the activity is canceled or postponed due to weather or ocean conditions, travelers will receive a full refund
- Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund
