Important Information
- Pets are welcome free of charge. You must bring a life jacket for your pet as these are not provided; pets without life jackets are not allowed on boards.
- The lagoon is a protected sanctuary: do not touch, feed, or chase manatees or sea turtles as this is prohibited by law.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking to complete the safety briefing and equipment setup.
- Activity depends on weather conditions; extreme wind or lightning may require rescheduling for safety.
- Basic swimming skills are recommended due to the nature of the activity.
