- If customer is over 290 pounds when the weight and balance is completed at check in they will not be able to fly with us. FAA regulations require all passengers to be weighed prior to their flight. If the passenger is over the 290 lb weight limit they will not be able to fly due to safety reasons and no refund will be issued.
