Recently they had Salmon Filets with blackened spices served with an avocado and curry relish and a yuca and malanga mash. On another day clients were treated to a Satay Box containing skewers of skirt steak with asian bbq sauce, chicken in peanut sauce served with coconut Thai Rice and pork wontons.
